Hailey Knight, Executive Director
A Jonesboro native and Arkansas State University alumni, Hailey Knight knows everything there is to know about Jonesboro and its downtown area. She began working for the organization in the summer of 2013, and since that time has organized several award winning events and implemented projects that have created substantial economic impacts to the community. Driven by a talented force of volunteers that are passionate about downtown revitalization, Hailey has catapulted the Downtown Jonesboro Association into a regionally and nationally recognized program. She has the unique talent of creating energy to attract involvement and development with whatever cause she dedicates her time to, and is known for her get-up-and-go and enthusiastic qualities. When she’s not working or playing downtown, Hailey loves frequenting the beach & Greers Ferry lake, dog-sitting, painting, and competing in softball.
Autumn Wilder, Director of Events
Originally from Bryant and a graduate at the University of Central Arkansas, Autumn Wilder now calls Jonesboro home. Autumn spent five years in diverse roles for in recruiting, negotiating and event planning with past in organizations including Lexicon, Inc., Whiting Systems, Inc. and Junior Beaux Arts cotillion before joining DJA in the spring of 2016. As the Director of Events, Autumn implements several award-winning, year-round events throughout Downtown like Alive After Five and Pack Pride Weekends. Autumn has fully embraced the downtowner lifestyle, but when she’s not busy organizing events, she loves being with her loved ones, traveling to new places, and reading paranormal romance novels.
Maya Reed, Marketing/PR intern
Hailing from North Little Rock, AR, Maya is a junior Marketing-major at Arkansas State University. While completing her undergraduate degree, she is involved in various capacities on campus including Resident Assistant, member of the Black Student Association, Marketing Chair of Circle of Trust, and Vice President of the Eta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In her free time, she enjoys long marathons of various series on Netflix and spending time with her friends and family. Maya is very excited to be working with the Downtown Jonesboro Association and playing a part in the progression of the downtown Jonesboro area.
